  2. The Professional Real Estate Analyst is a fully menu driven analytical
  3. tool designed to aid in your investment decisions.  Users include 
  4. private investors, financial institutions and real estate brokers.

  6. The ANALYST was designed for both professional real estate
  7. investors, brokers and the small investor.  Measures of invest-
  8. ment include those used by most investors.

  10. The ANALYST is not- a simple set of LOTUS templates.  Files are 
  11. interconnected with data transferred between files.  There are topic
  12. sensitive help screens.  Menu's control all actions and appear as
